ATM-VISION

ATM Vision is the only French manufacturer of X-ray quality control machines for the food industry. ATM has been able to design a range of systems answering to each customers requirements (glass detection in glass containers, bones, edges, etc..). Its products are equipped with the latest X-ray inspection technologies and integrate Artificial Intelligence (Deep Learning) allowing manufacturers to carry out precise controls on all or part of their productions at the end of the line. To ensure controls from the beginning of the process, ATM-VISION, a partner of the Swedish company FOOD RADAR also offers a system for detecting low-density contaminants (packaging plastics, gloves, rubber, etc.) directly installed on the process pipes. This solution, the only one of its kind on the market, is equipped with microwave technology and allows foreign objects to be removed even before they enter the packaging area.
