These solutions are designed to meet market trends in egg replacement in food formulations while ensuring that the appearance, texture, and taste of the final products are maintained. They can be used either diluted at 20% in water or mixed with other dry ingredients.
The Clean Label solution is made up of dairy ingredients, plant-based proteins, and extracts. We also offer a 100% plant-based version. Both solutions allow for full egg replacement in recipes without compromising on quality. They integrate perfectly into cake recipes, guaranteeing a soft texture, a golden crust, and an authentic taste, comparable to those obtained with whole eggs.
