The dosing machine is specifically designed for jars or sachets from 50 to 500g, with a capacity of 400 jars/h and a weighing accuracy of 1g for a 100g dose. The ergonomically-designed filling machine optimizes operator activity according to the task in hand, and minimizes operator actions. The filler includes an optional compacting table to densify the product in the jar. This design makes it possible to fill products into jars or sachets by fully automatic dosing. In the development of this new application, the dose is prepared in a weighed bowl. The DP60 filler is suitable for all types of configuration, such as silo outlet, tank, mixer or Big-Bag recovery. Depending on product characteristics, the weighing dosing system is simple and highly functional.
