Vacuum cleaner ACD - MTL452ACD

The MTL452ACD vacuum cleaner is dedicated to the suction of combustible dust outside ATEX zones. It complies with the regulations in force Introduced by the international product standard IEC 60335-2-69 in 2021, it aims to increase the level of safety in non-ATEX certified areas where it is necessary to collect combustible or toxic dust in small quantities. The MTL452ACD is easy to handle, easy to use and ergonomic with its 45-liter AISI 304 stainless steel recovery tank that can be removed and on casters. Single-phase, equipped with two independent single-phase motors, it can be used for cleaning production areas in complete safety. Indeed, its filtration system is complete: a category M 1µ antistatic bag filter, with a filtering surface of 20,000 cm²; an absolute HEPA H14 filtration integrated as standard with a filter surface of 26,000 cm²; as well as a manual cleaning handle ideal for cleaning the filter optimally. The dust collection is certified by an indoor ATEX 20 zone, guaranteeing the safe collection of combustible dust. A cleaning accessory kit is added to facilitate cleaning operations and a storage basket is integrated into the vacuum cleaner.
