This dosing unit was developed in response to a specific request from one of our customers, who wanted to produce ready meals with greater precision and efficiency. Thanks to our design office and manufacturing workshop, we were able to design a tailor-made solution for improved productivity, perfectly adapted to their requirements. Our filler stands out for its cutting-edge technical features: - Dual Solids/Liquids Weighing Control: Equipped with two precise weighing platforms and an ingenious dual filling system, this filler ensures accurate dosing of solid and liquid products, guaranteeing consistent quality and unrivalled accuracy while ensuring uniform, efficient distribution. - Hopper with thermal blanket: The hopper is equipped with a thermal blanket to keep gelled products at the ideal temperature for maintaining viscosity throughout the dispensing process. - Mobility and compactness: Mounted on castors, our dispenser is extremely compact and can easily pass through 80 cm wide doors, offering maximum flexibility in production environments. - Ergonomic design: Its ergonomic design makes it easy to use and maintain, reducing downtime and increasing operational efficiency.
