Tilting kettle with stirrer TRK 150 SPAKO

SPAKO TRK and KRWK tilting kettles with stirrer have been developed for cooking and mixing soups, sauces and other preparations. As the electric tilting of the bowl can be adjusted, they can cook or be filled in an upright position, mix in an inclined position and drain when fully tilted. The TRK 150 is the small, compact model. KRWKs are available in sizes ranging from 350 to 1000 litres. The agitator, whose motor is located at the bottom of the machine, is fully customisable (several types of agitator are available to suit different needs). It is easily accessible for optimum cleaning. In addition, the scrapers on the bottom and sides of the tank are made of Teflon, enabling the tank to be emptied completely without any product residue. The machine comes as standard in 304 stainless steel and is perfectly insulated. The double walls are filled with thermal oil, enabling cooking at temperatures of up to 170°C, adjustable by microprocessor control down to the degree. Low-temperature cooking is also possible with a model featuring a water/steam wall for low-pressure cooking.
