Fava bean proteins

Organic and conventional fava bean protein concentrates: The fava bean concentrates are also from the Vicia faba genus and they contain more than 55% protein on a dry weight basis. They are available in both conventional and certified organic, halal or kosher versions. Their nutritional profile is interesting because of their high fibre content, their low saturated fatty acid content and amino acid profile.
