Powder and granule bagging machine

Conceptogram is upgrading the ergonomics and operation of its SA6000VIB semi-automatic bagging machine to create a bagging line for organic powders and granules. Whether stationary or mobile, it can be adapted to any bag format and any type of configuration, and can bag from 1 to 25kg with a capacity of 120 bags/h and a dosing accuracy of 20g per 25kg. The touchscreen interface is user-friendly and intuitive, allowing multi-product recipes and production data to be managed with customised functions. New: the bag-holding mouth is designed to be interchangeable to adapt to different formats, with an inflatable seal or clamp option. A conveyor then picks up the bag or carton and guides it to the sealing or sewing area, before it is palletised. In addition to operator comfort, the dosing line offers precision, increased output, ergonomics, hygiene and economy.
