Powders and granules bagging machine

Conceptogram produces a complete bag packaging line for powders and granules. The bagging station adapts to any format of paper or PE bags. The ergonomics of the workstation are adjusted in line with standards. It is also improved by the man-machine interface. The dosing unit can bag from 1 to 25 kg, with a capacity of 120 bags/h and a dosing accuracy of 20 g for 25 kg. Digitised recipes and automated weighing operations enhance operator comfort and reduce the risk of errors or oversights. The touchscreen interface is user-friendly and intuitive: it manages recipes (multi-product) and production data with customised functions. Fixed or mobile as an option, the SA6000VIB can be adapted to all types of configuration, such as at the outlet of a mixer, a silo or for Big-Bag repackaging.
