For over 30 years, ACTI PACK, which specialises in the manufacture of PET and R-PET jars, squeezers and bottles by injection blow moulding, has been offering innovative packaging for all food applications, from dry and paste-like products to liquids and fresh products.
ACTI PACK offers a wide range of PET and RPET jars with wide openings from 50 ml to 5 000 ml, as well as squeezer bottles and PET and RPET bottles, available from 180 ml to 900 ml. PET pill dispensers complete our standard range. For the fresh food market segment, we also offer 120 ml PET yoghurt jars.
Thanks to our ISBM Hot Fill technology, which combines a dedicated machine process and tooling, we offer PET packaging solutions that allow hot filling.
ACTI PACK has been committed for many years to respecting and protecting the environment and to an eco-design approach to its packaging.
To support our customers, we offer alternative solutions using eco-responsible materials. All of our ranges of standard or specific PET jars, squeezers and bottles are available in recycled RPET material. Depending on our customers' requirements, we offer products made from 25%, 50% or 100% recycled PET material. RPET material is certified for food contact and remains 100% recyclable!
We are also committed to offering lightweight solutions to our customers in order to reduce the weight of our packaging as much as possible while maintaining the properties necessary for product packaging.
We have been ISO 9001 and FSSC22000 certified for many years.
