The moduLAN machine series comprises the rotary labeling machines from LANGGUTH. What no longer works on the straight runners, succeeds at the latest with the moduLAN. There are hardly any limits to container and label shape and size in addition to speeds. The various technologies of hotmelt, wetglue and self adhesive labeling can be integrated as modules individually, multiple times or in combination. Four labeling units are available for this purpose. For the different requirements, LANGGUTH has designed three different basic machines that can accommodate a different number of pack plates. The plate rotation required for the labeling process is either continuous by a central drive or dynamic in that servo motors can control each plate individually. Cameras or special sensors within the machines make it possible to align the packs without contact. Supplementary labeling technologies and control devices can also be integrated effortlessly.
