Z-Flute™ is a solid fiber design that incorporates strategic reinforcement through lamination where compression strength is needed, delivering a heavyweight folding carton with the strength of a corrugated box. Strategic reinforcements to the paperboard sheet are only placed where strength and compression are needed, optimizing material use versus a corrugated box. Z-Flute cartons can be self-palletized, giving the “disappearing pallet” that club stores are seeking. When combined with high-impact graphics, Z-Flute becomes premium and differentiated packaging that enhances brand image. Available with recycled and uncoated board materials (CRB or URB).
