Our 100% French range of textured vegetable proteins is enriched with a new reference: INVAH-TEX B70, a wheat TVP with a protein content of 70% and provides more chewiness to finished products. The range now includes 2 wheat references, a wheat/coral lentil reference, a wheat/chickpea reference. Why so much choice? Because textured vegetable proteins are a real asset for the protein transition and flexitarianism. They can be used in 100% vegetable products, but also in mixed vegetable and animal protein products. A protein base in a wide range of food products, including meat and prepared meals, they provide a pleasant and balanced texture. And you know what? We also offer a range of 100% French, 100% clean PROVETEX soy TVP (guaranteed without hexane extraction).
