GEA Membrane filtration pilot - multi-technology
Product

Information
This pilot is intended to validate the suitability of crossflow membrane filtration for a given application. It also enables the most suitable type of membranes to be chosen.
Its very low dead volume (around 5 litres) allows tests to be carried out on very small quantities.
It is equipped with two housings for spiral organic membranes with a diameter of 1.8 or 2.5", a housing that can accommodate a ceramic membrane with a diameter of 25 mm and a length of 1,200 mm, and a support for flat organic membranes.
Its different membranes supports and its wide pressure range (from 0.5 to 64 bars) allow all types of membrane filtration: MicroFiltration, UltraFiltration, NonoFiltration and Reverse Osmosis.
Entirely manual, it is very easy to use. Its compactness allows it to be used in restricted spaces. It does not require complex utilities, a simple three-phase 4 kW electrical outlet is sufficient.
