Developing recipes requires a precise dosage of ingredients. SOLUFOOD produces tailor-made weighed hoppers according to the nature of the products and the quantities to be dosed. The use of industrial weight sensors with 3000 measurement points makes it possible to display an accuracy of 50 grams for a target weight of 150 Kg. To guarantee this level of accuracy, the quality of the feeding of a weighed hopper is essential . SOLUFOOD weighed hoppers are always fitted with a motorized vibrator guaranteeing their complete emptying. A referral system can also be controlled by the automaton in order to supply several destinations (photo n°3). The control is carried out by the operator via a touch screen integrating the synoptic of the installation. It indicates the quantity necessary for the preparation of the desired recipe and the dosing process is carried out automatically.
