REXFILM® FORM range is dedicated to be used as a liner quality in eco-designed hybrid trays that can be recyclable in the paper industry. This thermoformable and heat-seelable film range is compatible with different tray manufacturing technologies (moulded or preformed) and different tray shapes and depths. This range of films is available in two versions, with barrier or non-barrier PP base, or PET base, depending on the reheating mode required. These films are coated on one side with a heat-sealing lacquer, enabling different levels of liner adhesion to the bottom of the cellulose, pulp or cardboard tray.
