Jean-Marc TACHET is at the origin of a revolutionary impregnation enrichment process with multiple advantages: - A shelf life of 30 days fresh when it is usually 8 to 10 days without preservative additive - Cooking times divided by 2 - Towards healthy cooking, with the possibility of increasing the nutritional quality of the product enriched with natural supplements (spirulina, amino acids, peptides, proteins, etc.). Production from December 2024.
