VisionScan 3D

VisionScan 3D is a non-destructive, tool-free blister leak test for all types of foil. The Sepha VisionScan 3D takes non-destructive leak testing to a new level. The next-generation machine is built around a new, patented 3D measurement technique for testing the integrity of pharmaceutical blisters. The 3D technology is used in combination with differential pressure and vacuum, enabling the machine to detect leaks in individual blister pockets as low as 5 µm (depending on packaging and material). The new technology can be applied to all types of foil, including loaded text patterns. Different pack configurations can be tested with a single set-up, enabling easy calibration, fast set-up times and a streamlined validation process for different sheet types.
