Linear dosing machine with pistons driven by brushless motors; synchronising screw; filling system from the bottom of the hopper with membrane level control. Models from 3 to 8 pistons. Possibility of creating recipes with the following parameters: suction and delivery speed, volume to be dosed, plunger lowering and raising speed, high and low levels in the hopper. Complete cleaning chamber for seals and pistons without manual intervention with a cycle corresponding to a dedicated recipe (washing/rinsing times are adjustable). Possibility to connect to your CIP or optionally to have a tank with your cleaning products integrated to our equipment. Construction entirely in stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316 for the parts in contact with the product. Frame made of welded tube to avoid any retention point.
