High production associative weigh scale for irregular granulated products such as dry pasta, 3rd range french fries, etc.
It has the following characteristics:
· Fully electronic machine.
· Stepper motors.
· Very simple maintenance by replacing the electronic CPU.
· Each head has a stepper motor.
· The weigher mod. M-14 has 28 stepper motors, 14 load cells, 1 internal vibrator in the product feed cone, 14 linear vibrators for distribution to the 14 pre-buckets, 14 pre-buckets with fractional loading and 14 weighing hoppers.
· All parts in contact with the product are made of INOX 304 (INOX 316).
Production depends on the product:
· 90 weighings/min.
