SERVOBASIC LABELLING MACHINE

The BASIC model is based on a conventional, lightweight construction. The labelled adaptable systems can be mixed according to the requirements of our customers. This model is also available in two versions, the economical BASIC version, with mechanical movement of container plates, or the SERVOBASIC version with electronic movement system, offering flexibility and versatility regardless of the type of container or label. With regard to container transport, the electronic mode allows the containers to be oriented within the machine prior to labelling. The executions can range from conventional mechanical systems to electronic systems in artificial vision and analogy. The speed cadence in the BASIC and SERVOBASIC models can reach speeds of 5,000 to 20,000 bxh depending on the table diameter and the number of plates assigned to it. In the kinematic section, it integrates high quality interconnected crown wheels, mechanical transmissions submerged in oil to prolong the life of all the rolling components. For the safety and protection of the user, it has stainless steel hinged doors around the perimeter of the machine, safety interlocks with regulations and a cabinet attached to the body of the machine.
